Service and location was ideal, but the room was a let down. Mould on the ceiling and grout in the bathroom. The overflow in the bath was fill of black residue. The bathroom was quite grotty.The whole bathroom needed a good clean. The bed was so uncomfortable, a old bed that needs replacing, never had this problem before with a premier inn. The hotel needs to be updated.

Highly recommended! Stayed just a couple of nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean, tidy and smelled really nice and the I found the bed very comfortable. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel restaurant is the Beefeater, where the staff is super friendly too and they were prepared to provide gluten free options for both breakfast and dinner.

We needed an economical stop off on a roadtrip out that way and this premier inn ticked that box! You know what you will get with staying with this company. This one had extremely pleasant staff and an eagerness to make our stay as good as possible. We'd happily revisit!😀

Stayed earlier in the week for business trip. Excellent and clean stay. Special mention to the Receptionist I think name was Lucy for the fantastic service and being very attentive to my needs and requests.

Great location and parking but rooms are hit and miss. Had issues with smoking or damp smell inside of rooms, showers and noise during the night if near doors.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three weeks during my business training, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The location was perfect, conveniently close to my training venue, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a high level of professionalism. I would like to give a special shout-out to Richard and Lucy, who truly went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. They were always available to assist with any request and ensured that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.
The level of care and attention they provided made me feel at home, and their dedication to going the extra mile for guests did not go unnoticed. Richard and Lucy exemplify what excellent customer service should be, and they were a significant part of why my stay was so pleasant.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and professional place to stay. I would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again!

Do not stay here! Night staff are very clearly untrained and take a ridiculous amount of time to do anything. We were unable to stay the night as every room we were allocated had not been cleaned *at all*. Staff were unapologetic and it is clear that without more supervision and training these mistakes are only going to get worse- a real shame!

Pretty good hotel, great location, much better than the western super mare hotel but unfortunately due to variability between hotels can't risk using the chain anymore. WiFi in one is great and is unusable in the next so useless as a business hotel.
